I am unable to find any of my dentists on the lists (I have three). Do you not include dentists?
I have dental insurance coverage and I need to keep track of these payments, yet it appears that I must somehow provide all of the dental provider information manually (if that is possible). I am just starting this on a trial basis, but I can't figure out how to enter provider information manually. I note also that the pop-up list of states to find providers does not include an option to choose "DC".

Inappropriate?Cupcake 7801 - We have all the provider information for DC. For some reason the information did not transfer over to MedBillManager. Sorry. The IT guys are working on it as I type. At the moment all of our provider information refers to hospitals and doctors. We have the information for dentists across the country, it just needs to be loaded. We are working on that as well.
In the mean time you can enter the information manually (and I promise it is not too difficult). In the side bar (right hand side of the screen) under Provider click "Add Provider". You will see the screen that gives you the option to look up your provider. Don't bother entering any information (if you are looking for a dentist), just click "search". You will see that the program did not find any provider so you have the option to click "skip this step". Once you click "skip this step" you can enter the information manually and specify that the provider is a dentist.
If you are looking for a specific doctor or a hospital as your Provider, in the drop down menu for state select "Any" (which is at the top of the list) and then click search. The application should return results for DC. If the provider cannot be found then they may not be in the system. But you should be able to find your doctors or hospital for the time being.
Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Inappropriate? In addition you can click on "add new provider" in step 1 of adding a bill, payment, or EOB. By doing this you can avoid the search/lookup altogether and just enter your dentist's info in the area below the search box.
Thanks again for the question, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to make MedBillManager easier for you!

Inappropriate?Cupcake 7081 - DC (as in Washington D.C. - our Nation's capital) is now in the drop-down list [imagine how embarrassed we were!] for Provider states.
Thanks for pointing this out. We're working to add the provider listing. We've got a listing of 600,000 dentists, but the quality of information is only so-so. We may go ahead and load this data, since some data is better than no data [which could be argued either side]. So, we'll ping you as soon as it's in and ready.
Thanks so much for pointing out things! We really appreciate it --- let us know of any other glitches, goofs, ideas, and tips!
