I've changed my email twice but in Satisfaction screen it won't recognize it
New password works to log in to site but not in Satisfaction screen. I ws only able to post a question using "one time post."

In fact, (assuming that i understood your frustration of having to have 2 user ids and pswds for MBM and Satisfaction)... i'll visit with Amy about nearer-term solutions to reduce the number of log-ins... lord knows that we all have too many passwords to remember!

dcc - if you mean that your MedBillManager log-in and pswd doesn't allow you to log-in to Satisfaction site... unfortunately, you're right. For now, they have to be different user ids and pswds as Satisfaction is a partner developed help site [a good one at that!]. We'll work with the team to figure out a longer-term solution for a single-sign on. Did i understand your question?
