medications
I just joined this site, so I'll need more time to figure out how it works; however when I checked on my medication, it gave a number of drugstores and prices. I don't understand this page. What does 1 unit mean? a day, a month? if it is a month, then where are these drug stores? If it is 1 day, then the estimate is way off base, I think.

Inappropriate?Hi -
Sorry for the confusion here. In the case of Copaxone a single unit refers to a pack of 30 pre-filled syringes. When detailed cost information is not available in your area from local pharmacies we use data from sites like drugstore.com to provide you with a general idea of how much a drug will cost. Units refer to the way these sites sell the medication (which vary), so they may be pills, a solution, or a pack as in this case.
We are working to get more cost data to help fill out these profiles and make them more intuitive, as well as provide more exact information about dosage and cost as opposed to an estimate.
