Customer Rep lied!
paid bill online -- could NOT watch any pay-per-view movies after I paid the bill. Customer rep LIED and said we would be able to watch movies right away.

Inappropriate?I do apologize. I honestly hope it was just a mistake on the part of the agent. When you make an online payment it does take about 2 business days to post onto your account. To be able to watch PPV immediately the payment does not to be made over the phone.
