No Service!

No service. Request turned in approximately 2 years ago to local office for extension of service to include approximately 100 homes. (Services stops approximately 1.5 miles from my home). So please explain why it would not be beneficial for Charter to extend service this distance when there are approximately 100 homes (potentially Charter would make money, not lose any if only one service was requested by each home). I would love the opportunity to have cable TV as well as internet.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
