Yet again the autopayment fails, even after receiving welcome letter. Ironic, uh?

Once again, I got a new 'late' bill from Charter with two months accumulated because the stupid billing system does not work.

I re-register for the automatic payment, I EVEN RECEIVED A WELCOME LETTER after registering for the auto payment, and yet again, they failed to bill my credit card last month and I am now having to pay two months.

I can do autopayments with my bank where they send a check, so it is easier to tell me that the darn system does not work and I will find a way to set up my payments.

Charter Communications is a TECHNOLOGY SERVICE company... And they cannot get their billing system in place, for months, and months?
