OMG No You Didn't

what is the problem with chase online banking,my online account has been disabled permanently! Ive had this problem before but the problem usually corrects itself. When I sign in I made an error. I corrected the problem and when I click the enter button I was informed that my account had been disabled. This has gone on for a week.
