Instant chats from a twitter conversation

There should be a way to create an instant chatroom without signin that can be used to continue a twitter or email conversation in realtime. It should be like a tinyurl type link that can be posted and anyone who has it can get in (but first person in can set permissions). Currently there are too many click throughs to get a new room set up in chatterous.com
