Activity Stream Updating Issue
We are currently having issues with the stability of one of our back end processes that pulls in data from the various services we support. We are currently working on fixing the issue but in the meantime it is possible that your activity feed may not be updating on a regular basis. As soon as we stabilize the process we will post a follow-up to this message. Thanks!

Inappropriate?I believe we have things stable at this point, however we are going to continue working on the stability as well as the frequency of updates.

Inappropriate?I am happy to report that our content and contact processors are stable now. Our next step is to improve their performance and reduce their latency, but for now all content should be coming into the system, perhaps with Facebook being the exception due to changes in their authentication policies. I will post more on this in a future message. Thanks for your patience everyone!

Inappropriate? For some reason there must be an issue with this again. My Twitter and Facebook do not report to my activity stream?
-
Inappropriate?Dear Deke,
I'm sorry that you're having this trouble. There are a few possible reasons for a service (ie: twitter, facebook, flickr etc.,) not showing up in the activity stream:
1. Please take a look at the service that you want to display from the services page in your dashboard. Does that service appear under the "Edit My Services" section? If it does not, then you will need to register your service.
2. If the service appears under your "Edit My Services", please click on it and make certain that you have checked the box "show content from this service".
3. Also, be certain that the "tag" field is empty. If you wrote something in that space please remove it. This privacy feature will be updated in the next release so the tagging system is currently unnecessary.
4. Facebook occasionally requires you to reauthorize their service. Go to Services/Edit My Services/Facebook and check for any notifications or a reauthorization link.
Thank you for your patience, please let me know if this does not solve the problem.
Aloha,
Laurel
I’m confident this will fix the probem
