I don't think that we've done anything incorrect with respect to the JavaScript code that is embedded for analytics support, but if you can find someone with deeper knowledge of Google Analytics and ask them to take a look at the source for your home page then perhaps they might have insight that we don't.

Inappropriate?How many is a lot? And if you're adding up all the views of each post it would make sense that many of those are overlapping users. Just a thought as to why it seems the analytics are off. -

I've checked the site http://controlledsubstancesoundlabs.mp/ and it does have the code installed correctly. Note that it is common to see discrepancies between various methods of tracking visits to your site. I've referenced a Help Center article with more information on why such differences might arise.
