Can't set up profile, says account not activated yet
I sent my wife a beta code and she set up her domain (sharleen.mp), but now when she tries to get into her dashboard by entering her password it tells her the account has not been activated... then it acts sort of like she is in; the links for invites, support, etc. appear, but when clicked they go nowhere... that is why I am reporting this instead of her.

Make sure to log out of your .mp site first before you attempt to activate her site. I just verified that her site has not yet been activated so once you log out and then click the activation link you should be able to activate that account and log into it to begin setting it up.

Inappropriate?I logged out of my site... but I don't know what you mean by "click the activation link"... still can't seem to activate her account... help?!?

Inappropriate?You should have received an email with a link in it to activate her account. The link has a bunch of random characters on the end of it. You'll need to find that email (or I can resend it) and click that link.

Inappropriate?I have what I think is that email, but it just takes be to the chi.mp home site and when I put her domain name in it says it is not available... maybe if you resend?

Inappropriate?I've gone ahead and activated the account, so you won't need to even bother with the activation email. Just go to her site and log in now.

Chris, please send an email to support@chi.mp with the email address that you signed up with. Once we get that email we'll verify against what is in our database, make any changes and resend the activation email. Thanks. -
Inappropriate?Sorry, but I am having the exact same problem. I never received the activation email. I can go to my page and it accepts my password but says account not activated. My account name is PatrickHill.mp. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The best thing to do in this case is to send an email to support@chi.mp from the email address you used to sign up for your chi.mp account. In the next release we will have a self-service means for resending your activation code.
