chi.mp removes www in URL
For some reason chi.mp removes the www from a web site. I'm setting a "professional" persona and wants to add my work site, it has a *required* 'www' in the URL but it seems that Chi.mp removes it when it displays it. Unfortunately this results in an "domain not found" error since my work site needs that 'www'.
The www exists in the settings page but not when the persona is displayed.

Inappropriate?Well. www is just archaic and really unneeded artifact from early years of internet. Technically, you just need to correctly configure your web hosting and domain, that's is
I’m amused

Inappropriate? That's not an option. This is a large organization where they have decided to use "www" as a prefix for their web servers (no matter if it's a good idea or not).
The question and problem is that chi.mp tries to "auto-correct" the URLs, in my opinion it shouldn't.

Inappropriate? You should have make this a problem not a question.
It can't be too hard letting the "www"-Subdomain where it is. :-(
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? We'll work on retaining the www for the next release. fnatte is correct that we should leave it as is although in general I agree with Romani it is archaic. :-)
I’m thankful

I'm not arguing about the "archaic" thing :-) ... I've earlier, before becoming a chimp, tried to get them to become more modern but we are talking about a fairly large organization with a lot of computers and servers so the answer was "nope" -
Inappropriate? This should be fixed now that the latest release has been deployed. Thanks!
