How exactly do I own my data?
I didn't read much before diving into Chimp and setting up my contacts, services, and profile, but I'm curious about the data portability aspect.
How much of the information I've input can come out? And in what form does it come out?

Currently we provide hcard markup for your public profile in addition to vCard export for both your profile and your contacts. We are also working on implementing other means for getting your data back out which will likely include a chi.mp API as well as an implementation of the Portable Contacts API. We are also working on a one-button export if you want to get everything out in one shot. As always we are open to suggestions as to what you, as an owner, would like to see first, so feel free to provide additional ideas and we'll see what we can do.
