Twitter and Facebook activity streams are blank
I added Twitter and Facebook accounts this past week. My activity stream for Twitter stopped updating 2 days ago. Facebook activity never displayed from the start.
I deleted and re-added Twitter and Facebook accounts. Now the activity streams for both accounts are blank.

Please don't be frustrated with me.
We detected a tiny little bug in the works...and we have fixed the issue. It will take some time to update, but should magically be all better in the next 24hrs. I know this has been a constant source of...insert word... for you (and a handful of other people). My bug detector promises me that we have finally nailed this.
I am incredibly sorry for the delay, but am so glad that you have continued to report the issue.

After you have imported your services and/or double checked that you have entered the service information correctly (you can do this by simply re-entering the service information and password and clicking the save button), click on:
Dashboard
Personas
Choose the Pubic Persona for this example by clicking on the pencil [edit] tool
Then choose Content Items from the tab
This screen will allow you to turn on/off the items you wish to display in your Public Activity Stream
This should resolve the problem. Please note that though the wait time can be up to 90 minutes to refresh twitter, it will usually show up well before that.

Inappropriate?Here is the latest update: we have deployed changes this morning that should fix the issue with Twitter (and other services) not updating. The service subscriptions now need to play catch up to go through all of the sites that have not been updated recently, however after that it should update correctly with much less latency.

Inappropriate?Just to let you know I am still not getting Twitter feeds, I did go check the content settings under personas. I will check back again in the next few hours.

Inappropriate?At this point we hope to have solved refresh issues with Twitter, Facebook and RSS and Atom feeds. If you are still having issues with feeds coming in, and you have ensured that the feed is currently authorized, please let us know.
