What does section 8 in the .mp registration agreement actually mean?
Section 8 of the .mp Registration Agreement says, in part:
"You agree that any domain name path that does not resolve to an active web page may be used by Saipan DataCom to place or redirect to a "parking page", "under construction" page, or other temporary page that may include promotions and advertisements for, and links to, Saipan DataCom's web site, Saipan DataCom logos, and/or Saipan DataCom offerings."
Does this mean that if I buy my .mp domain, and delegate it to my own name servers, and configure it according to my needs...
...that if an FQDN such as vwxyz.mychi.mp doesn't have a record in DNS (e.g. an A or CNAME) that it may be redirected as mentioned above? How is this technically achievable if I control the name servers?

Inappropriate? It basically means if you do not have a chi.mp free .mp and bought one, and you however am not using the .mp domain that Saipan DataCom that controls the .mp TLD has permission to redirect the domain to a parking page or an under construction page that may have promotions and adverts. Many registrars do this.

If you buy a .mp I would assume the nameserver masking with IPs would work the same as .coms, so it would allow you to have full control via custom name servers.

Inappropriate?Section 8 says that before the passage I quoted, which isn't an issue. If I don't delegate they show a parking page; said parking page has adverts that make them some nice coin, fine, everyone does that.
But "domain name path" implies that they're talking about more than the basic TLD; I'd really like some clarification as to whether this is the case.
I’m undecided
