ChurchMetrics is saying my user name does not exist.

I need to be able to have multiple services at the same time at the same campus, but when I put in two services for 10:30 at one campus only one services shows up for input. Also we need a way to possibly label the service if it is at the same time. (ie. Spanish Service, English Service)

I want my campuses to be able to add service times. Is there a way to do that? right now the only person who can add service times is me...the admin

How can I find out the user name and password our church signed up with?

I have a user name and password that works on other computers but when I try to log in on my home computer, it tells me the user name and/or password does not exist. I have Windows Vista and have tried using Firefox and Windows Explorer to log in but neither one works. What can I do? Thanks.

There is no password reset email being sent. Why not?

i cannot log in to the admin account and I have tried the password reset and am not receiving the email. i have checked spam folders and waited for it to arrive and it is not coming.

Is it possible to customize the statistical data that's tracked? We track more specific data than I see available on ChurchMetrics. For example, we track specific grade level attendance for Sunday School rather than a generic kids attendance number.

Can we get some youth inputs fields

I want to see a report similar to what comes up on the dashboard. For example this week's attendance compared to previous week and that week a year ago with the percent difference. But I'd like to be able to see this type of report across multiple weeks. None of the available reports seem to match what is available on the dashboard, especially the percent differences. Thanks.

I would like to track attendance patterns at each individual service to see which services are growing and which are shrinking. I don't see this as an option.

I imagine I could do this if I exported the data to excel, but would I have to export each week individually? If so, I guess I should just stick with my old excel file!!

Otherwise, I like the idea of this program very much...

I have a "rogue" date from 1970 that somehow was imported. How can I delete it so that my charts don't start in 1970?
