how do i bypass the comcast call centers? I had a question related to a billing mistake. A comcast employee left me a message that she had resolved my problem and to give her a call. She even left her extension for me to reach her. When i try and call the (866) comcast phone number to speak to the comcast employee who left the message, everybody who answers tells me that they can't transfer me to her extension and that I need to keep calling until I reach the correct call center where she works. I must have called five times today and
I was on hold a total of 65 minutes. This is unbelievable. A call center employee who answered on my fourth try today told me that I just need to keep calling until I reach the right center. Anybody have any ideas on who i should call? I even have a ticket number but they still can't help me or transfer me.
