I want to dump my comcast basic extended and my internet. Verizon is offering a triple play deal and I can save about 40$ a month or more and I am very eager to switch for the savings. No one seems to be helpful to people wanting to change because comcast appears to think they are the only ones allowed to save money by cutting back.
I am not that disappointed with my comcast service, I am just tired of paying through the nose and writing checks to 2 different companies for phone,tv and internet.
