How to I get my Comcast Internet Service to be dependable?
Comcast Internet service has been going up and down for me lately, according to Airport. It can be off one moment and then back on the next.

Inappropriate?I'm new here and did some searching and saw your post,, Comcast took over Patmedia and that is when my problems began. A few email address would get rejected by the server for unknown reasons, I would experience dead time where I could not get on the net or send emails. Other friends in my town were experiencing similiar problems. After two weeks of hell and spending more time on the phone I finally gave up. I switched my internet service to my phone company DSL. It is slower by more reliable.

Inappropriate?I gave up on Comcast and went to my local phone company for DSL service. Now I am having problems with cable TV. Comcast tried three times to program their cable box and after 1 hour each time the box won't program correctly... I'm considering going to satellite for TV service
