Citi credit card raised the APR instead of lowering it.
I asked to lower the interest rate of my credit card but raised instead. I requested a consideration of lowering the APR when I was on a good standing with them.
Does this how Citi treat its customers? I feel very uncomfortable to call them to complain. They may raise the rate again!
