I have sent many faxes and letters to your tax department besides calling 100 of times and I recieved India. They can not understand me!!!!!!!!!!!! Help me!! I went in person to talk to Manny Galinda at the Las Vegas region and he faxed himself and talked to many service people!!! WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ??????? I have recieved several letters pertaining to my recent increase of my taxes, but you have the incorrect number!! You state my taxes are $5286.46 and they are really $ 4162.38. I have sent all the documentation to show you the correct amounts to blind eyes!!! My loan is 0626230441-0 under Robert Beckelman. Can I speak to your President! Can I speak to anyone that speaks English???? What has our country come to??? I will be stopping my direct deposit and sending the correct amount until you change it??? I am currently 1 month behind on my mortgage. I was not able to work offshore in September due to hurricanes gustav and Ike. If you deleted the $271.00 per month PMI rip off from my loan, I could catch up. Why do we get shafted on PMI? Who does it actually benefit? If it does any good as far as insurance is concerned, why are banks going broke on bad mortgages? Does PMI money really just go into the bonus fund?

As a result of a May 2, 2008 audit, CitiMortgage sent me a letter stating that I was in arrears to the tune of $108 on my 2007 township property tax. I have spent 3 1/2 hours making eight phone calls to their customer support department trying get this error rectified. On June 30,2008, my township supervisor faxed their Tax Department a letter that lists my correct parcel number and the fact that I owe no taxes for 2007. CitiMortgate states they will resolve this issue on or before August 12, 2008. Is there a way I can get this error corrected prior to that date?

Citimortgage has begun making repeated monthly collection telephone calls during my home loan's grace period (before the payment is late). It would be bad enough if only one call was placed, but citimortgage leaves multiple messages on my answering machine within hours of each other. I realize that times are especially tough for Citimortgage right now, but this latest issue only adds to the list of annoyances I have experienced with Citimortgage. I will certainly remember these when shopping for mortgage products in the future. Note: I've never missed a payment or had one processed outside of the grace period. Why does Citimortgage treat good customers this way?
