Add a 'Debt agreement' feature

I would like a feature where you can add a new finance agreement so for example if I agree an overdraft or asset back loan facility or use invoice discount finance I can enter in the Interest rate any set-up fees and any redemption fees this can then make the system aware of any pre-agreed credit terms our business has which can be represented in the graphs and forecast what each form of credit is costing my business.
