I have a few ideas having used products like Zoho and Freshbooks-
First of all I must mention I am really impressed with the software- good work!
My suggestions are as follows;
I feel that the co branded HTML page which is sent to customers could reduce the value of the costomers brand if they are tring to look corporate! This option is availible in other SaaS products. I would suggest that you give an option in the £10.00 and £15.00 per month services to remove any branding of Clearbooks, and include an addtional option to mirror the look and feel of that company within the software package if possiible.
I have more ideas but will share at a later date....... I hope this helps keep up the good work

Our current goal is to try and build our brand and raise awareness about Clear Books. For the time being we will keep things as they are although it is a good idea for the future.
I think if we were a recognised brand and the customer page said 'Powered by Google/Microsoft/Sage' then a user would accept this immediately.
What we could do is make it clearer that Clear Books is the system by using a more subtle logo; and make it clear that you are the corporate user of the system.
On a side note a Fresh Books csv import tool is pretty much ready if you fancy testing that to import your Fresh Books' invoices?

Hi Tim thanks for the response- I would be interested in the Freshbooks import tool. On another slighly different note- when you email out invoices I notice they email is no-reply@clearbooks.co.uk- is there a plan to change this to the customers email address i.e stuart@methodstream.co.uk so the client has a chance to respond to any invoices. And how do you change the signiture on the emails sent through clear books? -

With regards email signatures this is currently on to-do list to allow complete tailoring of email template.
