1.0.2 (92) crashes on export
Hi,
I'm using 1.0.2 (92) and my exports repetitively crash.
I got newest macbook with updated OS. I got lot's of GB left on my harddrive, so don't seem to understand where the problem might be.
I've tried lowering quality output to medium and 50%, but all to no avail.
I've already recorded some really high quality sessions and don't want to loose them.
- Is there a fix for it?
- Do you have a newer version to which I can transfer all existing raw files and only then export to a single .mov?
please advise as I'm loosing some sleep over it ;)
thanks a lot guys
Maciek

Inappropriate?Hi Maciek
Sorry to hear you're having problems with the latest version of Silverback. I have your crash report which I'll pass onto our developers to look at. I'll get back to you as soon as I have any further information for you.
Best

Inappropriate?I am using SB 1.0.2 (92) on a Mac mini. I'm running OS X 10.4.11 and have a 1.66 GHz processor and 512 MB of Ram.
My first three sessions exported fine at 'Good' quality and '50%' size; I have tried to export the forth several time at different settings and each time SB crashes.
Any idea what is going on?
I’m curious

Inappropriate?Hi Malcolm
Sorry to hear that you're having problems. I have passed your crash report onto our developers to take a look at. I'd recommend you continue trying to export as normally the session will eventually export. In my experience I've found this can take 5 - 7 attempts.
I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update.
Thanks

Inappropriate?Hi guys,
We've just released a new version of Silverback which is a lot more stable. Could you try it out and let us know if it still crashes?
