File size of video capture?

I am planning for an upcoming usability test and have a concern over hard disk space. Is there a rough formula to calculate how much space I should have on hand based on the length of time I plan to record screen, isight video and audio?

How large are the files Silverback creates per minute, per hour, etc? I am not talking about exporting here just the capturing within the app itself.
