Introducing the 1.01 Release
Hi Guys,
I wanted to let you know that we've just released our first official update to Silverback. This update improves export performance, fixes the export bugs a couple of you have experiences and includes some subtle tweaks to the UI.
To grab this update simply open Silverback and you should be greeted with the option to download and install the latest version.
Happy testing.

Inappropriate?I would love to give it a try, however the trial period is expired and the old version was not good (export problems), so I do not want to pay before I try a stable version. Therefore I can not to try the "fixes". The release logistics is broken.
I’m locked out. Leaving.

Inappropriate?Hi Vlad
I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems with the old version. Could you let me know what these problems are? For instance, have you been experiencing a high level of crashes?
Many thanks

Sophie,
As I no longer had the license working, There was no chance I could address your question in the new version. Instead, I have worked through the ScreenFlow http://www.telestream.net/screen-flow... trial version and happily using their purchased version since.
Sincerely,

Inappropriate?Help me, please!
I downloaded a Trial version 2 days ago of Silverback 1.0.1 (89) on my MacBook Pro:
- 2.4 GHz Intel Core Duo, 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3,
- Quicktime Player 7.5.7.
- Mac OS X - version 10.5.6
Task:
- Exporting the video session - 60 minutes in length. I have 3 sessions in the project.
Problem:
- Silverback starts to render but never gets beyond aprox. 10% then locks up or crashes.
Question:
- How long should this normally take to render? Is there a fix or work around? Update?
Situation:
- Need to finish rendering 15 test sessions by the end of the week.I want to start rendering one by one the first 7 sessions I have captured. -
Inappropriate? We've just releases a 1.0.2 update which should fix any outstanding stability issues. Let me know how you get on.
I’m hopeful
