New version exports have no sound

I have exactly the same problem. I know for sure that my mic is working well. 100%. This is a very bad problem.

This is really a crucial problem leaving the program virtually useless as I do not export faces. Any news on a solution?

I purchased the product today and I also need this to be fixed really quickly. I am really disappointed. The older version I used for trial worked well. Can we download the older (working) version please. My customer is expecting me to present the results from usability tests this week!

We have isolated the bug and are in the process of fixing it. The updated version will be released shortly. Thank you for your patience.

You can still export the audio along with the iSight recording. If you need an older version drop me an e-mail chris@clearleft.com and I will make this available to you while we are waiting for the update.

Thank you for the quick reply. When I export the audio along with the iSight recording, the sound is not synched with the movie. Will that be fixed too, in the new version?

I'm experiencing this problem as well and would really like to revert back to the old version. Is there somewhere I can find it? I tried emailing the address above earlier this week but haven't heard anything yet.

In case you missed it we have released updated 1.1.1 yesterday. This should fix the problems you are having. You will be prompted to update when you next launch Silverback.

I just purchased Version 1.1.1 and I am having issues recording audio. I'm not running iSight or Skype or any other application that relies on my iSight camera. Just be sure it's not an issue with the mic, I opened up iChat, made some noise and the level meter seems to act accordingly. Any solutions?
