Provide Feedback when adding task markers
When I click on the remote to add a Task marker. I'm not sure, if it recorded anything, there's no feedback. Maybe you could add a very subtle feedback in the "tray" icon, where you would see it, if you looked for it, but where it wouldn't distract the user.

Inappropriate?I just made a quick test to try it out. I think it's good, seems subtle enough not to distract and easy enough to spot. But I'll have to try with some users to be sure, it won't confuse them.
