Silverback 1.0.1 crashes during export
Hello folks at Clearleft. I hate to raise an old problem again but i am using the latest version of Silverback and experiencing a crash when exporting sessions. I'm on an iMac running 10.5.6 with Silverback 1.0.1. Any help or advice much appreciated.

Inappropriate?Sorry Gideon, I'm afraid this bug is proving really difficult to track down as it's only happening on a small minority of machines and even then, in an unpredictable way. However we are getting steadily closer to a fix and I'm actually just uploading some new data on that ticket as we speak. So I hope to be able to push a new release in the next couple of weeks.
I’m apologetic

thanks Andy - let me know if you need any crash reports etc. happy to send. My fingers are crossed for the next release :) In the mean time is it possible to access the raw files that silverback is exporting? -
Inappropriate?Hi Gideon,
You can access the video feed by going to Library > Application Support > Silverback then navigating to your session. However I'm afraid that the screen capture data needs to be assembled before it can be viewed, and this is one of the processes that happens during export. -
Inappropriate?Hi Gideon,
We've just published a 1.0.2. release which should fix a lot of these issues, so it would be great if you could give it a try and let me know how you get on.
I’m confident
