Transfer license ownership from original licensee.

I purchased Silverback using a friend’s credit card (as I don’t have my own, nor a Paypal account) and consequently my version of Silverback is now licensed to my friend, and not me. I would like to transfer licensee ownership to myself, from her. Is this possible, as this could be somewhat problematic in the future, particularly if my friend decided to purchase Silverback for herself (and thus be purchasing a second license, which would be redundant).

I didn’t see an option to set myself as the license holder during Paypal transaction, nor an option to set my name within the purchase/tax invoice (I would love to claim this against tax).
