We still don't have the functionality to moderate comments and due to time restraints we're not able to create custom widget home pages without comments.
The easiest way to get around this is to just disable the widget home page.
I apologize for any inconvenience. This is something we'll be taking a look at to improve in the future.

thanks for posting the question. moderating comments currently isn't available. if you can e-mail me your widget id or WID, i'll work with tech support to disable comments, if that works. - justin@clearspring.com
