Give users the option to add control markers
Not a big problem, but other stitching software allows users either to add their own control markers for images that might not automatically line up the way they expect to, as well as to adjust roll and distortion. If that were added, this would be 1000 times better than anything else out there I've used, and I use stitching software to create panoramic shots for real estate virtual tours!

Inappropriate?This is something we'd like to add, but it is quite a bit of work. We also need to make sure we don't over-complicate the interface of the stitcher. Ease of use is our number one priority there. As with all new features we're constrained by the fact that I'm the only developer!
