How do I set the output resolution
I've been able to easily get started using the stitcher and it looks as though it does a really great job. The only problem is that I'm using high-resolution images, and the output resolution does not match. It doesn't even come close. Is there a way to set that as a preference somewhere?

Inappropriate?I'm afraid that we resize the source images before stitching, as using very high resolution images makes stitching incredibly slow (the time and memory required increase as a square of the resolution). This may be a preference in a later version, for those who want to print their panoramas.
