All of my virtual hosts just result in "403 forbidden: you do not have permission to access / on this server"

How do I fix it?

I used the backup tool to snapshot the generated apache config files. Pasted below (the stuff between the binary cruft anyway):

Mysql 10.5 x86 "access denied..." problem if installed after setting a host with VirtualHostX.

First I setup a domain with VirtualHostX in leopard, then I ́ve installed the 2 packages within Mysql 10.5 .dmg, So I tried to connect to my localhost with my DB client and I just get over and over this error:

"Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES)"

I ́ve unistalled and installed again both Mysql packages, with special attention to my root password among each other steps, but the same error.

So I used the time machine at the begining, then I installed first Mysql 10.5 and it worked fine, then I've installed VHX and finally setup my virtual host with my DB working.

Please review this.

I can't really give any details, but unexpectedly VirtualHostX stopped loading. I click the icon and nothing happes. It doesn't even hangs (no force-quit option).

Can't find a preference file for this either, so I have no choice of "re-installing", have I?
