Symbolic links as local paths
I keep old versions of the PHP frameworks and CMSs that I work with in a library on my dev machine (framework-1.3/, framework-1.4b/, etc), and I use a symlink to point to the current version of the framework (framework-latest/).
In VHX, when I set a virtual host to the framework's directory, the link is followed to the folder of the specific version, defeating the purpose of the symlink.
Could VHX instead respect the symlink when writing the entry for the virtual host?

Inappropriate?I believe that's a side-effect of the system File Open dialog. I'll have to check into it.
Would it help if you could type the path manually rather than choosing it? -
Inappropriate?Definitely, yes... though I wouldn't want to spoil the fun for anyone else if it means not having the File Open dialog as well.
Perhaps both somehow?
I’m confident
