Recently active topics in Coca-Cola tagged with bummned and frustrated due to the points

i could not enter my 12 pack reward codes last night. I could sign on but my codes would not go through. i am guessing the web sight was very busy. i bought 2 12 packs just to get the double points. i would like for you to honor the special you were offering for yesterday the 25th.

I requested 3 coupons for $1 iff in the coke rewards program on 7/13/08. I was never able to print my coupns and they show fulfulled. I cannot get the coupons.. Coke owes me either 3 $1.00 coupons or the return of my points which total 105. I have called and left my e mail address and no one hasr esponded to me. As a stockholder I support products that I own stock in-I am not happy and I understand I am not the only person with this problem with coupons and then trying to use them in the store. To whom it may concern: Frist I spend between $250-$300 dollars on coke products alone,a month.Not including Dr.Pepper,Dasani water and Poweraids.Recently my coke points were erased,I had just saved 617 points and just started collecting points due to the awsome rewards.I now have another 80 coke caps and 8 wrappers from dasani water and about 15 power aids I was saving up.I work alot and went to put in the rewards and found the points were spent ,but never had any history of spending the points.I never used them. How can I get my points back???? I will not be happy if I have to start saving at zero, and lost 617 points. If thats the case, I'll switch to pepsi and I promise Ill take a few friends with me.
