Bad Service at Coke

I've sale point with Coca cola bottle drinks at Madurai, Tamilnadu, India. It's two months since I was committed with a cooler for storage but till now not materialised. At coke, the representatives have not responded to me regarding this and I'm dissatisfied to hell, on teir service.
