I am not able to get my coupons frr5om coke rewards and no one has bothered to take care of it
I requested 3 coupons for $1 iff in the coke rewards program on 7/13/08. I was never able to print my coupns and they show fulfulled. I cannot get the coupons.. Coke owes me either 3 $1.00 coupons or the return of my points which total 105. I have called and left my e mail address and no one hasr esponded to me. As a stockholder I support products that I own stock in-I am not happy and I understand I am not the only person with this problem with coupons and then trying to use them in the store. Inappropriate?Call Coke! Their phone number is on every can. I had the same problem. The man is sending hard coupons to replace the lost ones. -
Inappropriate?I have had the same problem. First, I had spent 200 coupons to get a RealArcade game. Every time I tried to put the code in that they gave me, I was told it was an invalid code. They told me I probably put the code in wrong and to copy and print it, but I still got the same message. Finally, they admitted there was a problem and sent me a new code and even another code for my trouble. Now, when I try on the RealArcade site, I get a message saying the file is corrupted and can't be downloaded. I really wish I could get my 200 points back. My account also shows my points have been fulfilled and I have never gotten anything from them.
