Missing points.

To whom it may concern: Frist I spend between $250-$300 dollars on coke products alone,a month.Not including Dr.Pepper,Dasani water and Poweraids.Recently my coke points were erased,I had just saved 617 points and just started collecting points due to the awsome rewards.I now have another 80 coke caps and 8 wrappers from dasani water and about 15 power aids I was saving up.I work alot and went to put in the rewards and found the points were spent ,but never had any history of spending the points.I never used them. How can I get my points back???? I will not be happy if I have to start saving at zero, and lost 617 points. If thats the case, I'll switch to pepsi and I promise Ill take a few friends with me.
