Negligence from the suppliers/distributors

I have a shop at Hulimavu,Bangalore. I was supposed to get a cooler for which two of your supervisors had inspected the place and not given any positive response. Instead the regular supply was disrupted. Now for customer satisfaction I buy it from a retailer dor nno profits. To add to this I had received a rewards of Rs. 100/- for which there is no response.
Kindly help me in these matter as I am a regular customer as well as consumer of yours since a long period and see to it that I get the supply at the earliest. I also request you to give me your customer care telephone number for my future communications.
