Admins can't change usernames, i would write more but logging into this support forum with an openid means you have to type in your problem details again and i cba.

Inappropriate?I was added to my company's banana scrum page by somebody else, and was assigned tasks within a sprint, at this point when I desired to change my user name I was not able to. I would be more accepting of this if the editable user name field was disabled, as I spent some time trying to manipulate it to store my user name.

Inappropriate?I have a good news for you, in the most recent version released today admin can change login of any user. Hope that helps!
