Have a pre-backlog story list (icebox)?
It would be nice if internal and external customers could suggest stories. Then, in our story meeting we move the ones we agree to do into the backlog. I personally miss this from Pivotal Tracker and would find it useful in banana scrum.

Inappropriate?I like the idea for a customer role too, one with limited but usefull access so we can collaborate online in Banana Scrum with our clients.
They should be limited to the product backlog with some option to add user stories and give business value to them. Editing should somehow be a configurable option I think if it will be a feature, just like viewing/accessing the sprint details.
I’m pretty sure our clients will like it too
