How Do I Downgrade From Paid to Free Account?
I've sent an email to support but never got the answer, been more than a week. Built maybe 3-4 virtual machines in total over the past 6-7 months, yet paying $10 monthly. I'd like to go back to the free plan, but there is no possibility to do that in my account settings.

I apologize for your email going unanswered.
You unsubscribe through your PayPal account as mentioned on your Elastic Server Account Billing page (elasticserver.com/billing). I have included the instructions from PayPal's Subscription Receipt email that you received when you signed up.
If you would like to cancel this subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Canceling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.
Once you cancel your subscription, your Elastic Server account subscription will automatically revert to the free Community Edition.

Inappropriate?Ryan, thanks for the prompt answer. Would be cool to have this note in the account settings itself. Most quality providers do let you upgrade/downgrade plans easily, so at least this would make one person less frustrated. :-)
