Proxy error reported when trying to access elasticserver.com.
I am having trouble accessing the elasticserver.com web site today. Here is an example of the error I am seeing intermitently:
I just started using the site today so I don't really know if this is normal/expected, or if this is unusual. I am really impressed with what the service provides, but I want to know it is reliable before considering the $10/mo version.

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /site/django.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

Sorry about the problems. We did have an issue with one of our front end services this weekend.
Overall our service is reliable. We do have occasional down time - but it is mostly planned and you are notified of the time window in advance via the site it self.
We update the service weekly with new capabilities With that type of release cycle there are some bumps - but we do our best to keep new stuff coming combined with disruptions at a minimum.
