Unable to download servers
Are server downloads disabled now? For instance, when I click on a server to download (e.g. http://elasticserver.com/server/7917-...), I get a blank page. Looks like Mongrel server is responding wiht a HTTP error code 406 Not Acceptable. Any ideas what's wrong?

Inappropriate?Checking...what type of device in terms of output format?
AMI, VMware, ElasticHosts, etc..

Inappropriate?Hi Joseph,
We appear to trip over an element in the name of the VM (which looks perfectly reasonable, but we are snagging on the "." in the early part of the name).
The workaround is to click on the server in your My Servers view which takes you to that servers home page, and click on the Download VM button there. It should download properly.
Sorry and thanks!

Inappropriate?I selected VMware as the output format. I have some more information about the problem. After getting an email from ElasticServer, which contained an url to the download page for my server, I was finally able to download the server. The url in the email was:
http://elasticserver.com/server/7917
I checked again on the ElasticServer website and looked at the link on the website. The link on the website was:
http://elasticserver.com/server/7917-...
So for some reason the website url, which has the title of the server appended to it, is invalid.
At least I am able to download the server, which is what I care about. You will want to fix the problem on the website as it probably affects most of your customers (I tried several other servers and some worked, while others didn't.)
