VPN-Cubed “IPsec to EC2” EnterpriseEdition
i have setted up a VPN-Cubed “IPsec to EC2” instance and load the license file , i was able to successfully launch the instance. The problem i have right now is i configured the client to talk to the manager. but when i tried to ping the gateway 172.31.1.1 , its not working.
Can someone help me ASAP.

Inappropriate?The manager's virtual IP address in your case is 172.31.0.1. Can you try that please?
Also, please double check local firewall on your client instance.
