Inappropriate?Strange.
Try downloading it again from the App Store. Does that work?
You'll have to click "Buy" again, but you won't be charged a second time. Apple keeps track of which apps you have purchased and doesn't charge you for re-downloads.
Otherwise, try deleting the app in iTunes in the Applications tab, then sync the iPhone, and then re-download the app (again by clicking "Buy" in the App store). -
Inappropriate?thats the thing, i cant reinstall it or uninstall it because it says that its already installed in the app store
-
Inappropriate?Did you try deleting the app in iTunes? Or is it not listed at all in your Applications tab?
You could also try deselecting the app in the Applications Sync settings for your iPhone in iTunes. That should also uninstall it.
Otherwise I am out of ideas. -
Inappropriate?I don't have it in my phone or in my computer. I've been ripped off. I have to buy it again on my computer. You had better not charge me TWICE!!!

Inappropriate?Joanee, how did you get it to finally appear??
I have the same problem!! Is this app compatible with OS 3.1?? I've tried deleting and reinstalling on both iTunes and through the iPhone, but the application does not show on the springboard even though it is installed!! I've rebooted numerous times and nothing!!
-
Inappropriate? The app is definitely compatible with OS 3.1. Apps also have no influence on the installation process, so what you are seeing must be a problem with the OS and not specifically with ColorSplash.
Did you guys happen to jailbreak your iPhones? From what I hear that can lead to all kinds of subtle (and not so subtle) problems.
The last thing to try would be to completely restore your device (make a backup first). -
Inappropriate? Also, if you can't get it to show up and work at all, please see my reply in this thread on how to report the problem to Apple and request a refund:

Inappropriate?Okay, I found a solution to all this. All you have to do is go to "Settings" > "General" > "Restrictions" then enable restrictions and then disable it. It will cause the app to appear on the springboard.
