ActiveCollab integration error
Just updated my AC install to the latest version (2.1.2) and installed Timepost demo (2.5) and after working out the correct service URL, I get:
Error ac302
I've already posted on ActiveCollab forum and got the follow response from Ilija:
"It looks like HTTP code returned from the system, but please consult TimePost support for assistance and more details. "
Any ideas how to solve and get Timepost working?

Inappropriate?Same problem here, multiple attempts with several variations on URL and API keys have produced no results. Hope to see this working before the trial period is over.
I’m undecided
-
I uninstalled it today - at least it's better to know that support is non-existent before you part with your money! -
Inappropriate?I do not think that "support is non existant" - support is available and have personal experience that leads me to believe the developers actually care.
I have not requested support on this until today, and would keep an eye on this if you are interested in the product.
I’m unsure
-
Inappropriate?ok, its been 3 days with no response, looking at this companies past history of reported unsolved bugs - it apears that this is as good as dead. I will not purchase anything from this company again unless something changes.
I’m confused
-
Inappropriate?wow, really? it has been 15 dyas now, my trial will not run and i never did get a response back from the developer on this one. Did I miss the correct place to report a problem, or ask for support?
I can say, it's too bad that my chance to test is over- there is no chance I will pay if an update is applied, or even if Iam told that it was due to a misconfiguration. It's too bad, because it looked promising, it's brilliantly light weight, and desperately neede for aC.
But I guess I will never know....
I’m dissapointed and unsatisfied
-
Inappropriate?Yes, you have posted in the correct place for support.
Shocking customer service for a paid product. Image if you'd paid the money and then had a problem!
As a comparison, I first posted my problem on the ActiveCollab forum, where the developer replied within a few hours (Alas the problem wasn't AC, so they couldn't help).
I’m out of here

Inappropriate?activecollab is incredible when it comes to support, i dont know why I just assumed this would be a simple fix.... Wonder how much time before aC addst this anyway, code should be simple enough for my developers to knock out if not.
I purchased the corporate aC within hours of testing, no extension... because the support is incredible. I did not expect that much out of this developer, or any other... but the lack of a single response indicates this operation has either already died - should be dropped - and is beyone his capability.
I’m not as stupid as a freaking genius
