Can't connect to internal FogBugz server

Neither the Mac nor Windows versions can connect to our internal FogBugz server.

We're running an internal copy of the PHP version of Version 6.1.46 (DB 633, Build 452)

When I put in the account info under Preferences - Service, and then hit 'Save Changes', a dialog pops up with 'Connection Failed - Error' (on Windows the dialog's blank). The Mac Console reports the following error:
