Freshbooks user - Projects not showing!
I am seting up my newly purchased Timepost and trying to integrate it with Freshbooks. I go to Tools - Preferences - Web service - and choose Freshbooks, right?
then, in the URL field I enter the url we use to log in with Freshbooks
and then enter the API Token.
Am I making things right? I wouldn ́t know because I can ́t find a user ́s manual or Help section.
the thing is: my projects are not showing. I tried closing the app and opening it again, but it does not refresh with my projects.
What am I doing wrong?

Inappropriate?Then the right thing to do - as any serious company does, and I work with quite a few of those- would be to give us the option to request our money back instead of forcing us to wait until you solve this issue. Since I bought this software I never got to use it even once, and I am still managing with the freshbook ́s timer (web based, uncomfortable) even though I bought Timepost..
I requested a refund from the start but you never answered to my request, perhaps you never got it. So here I request it again and I trust you will do it without further delay.

Inappropriate?I just downloaded the trial and it doesn't not connect to freshbooks.com.
The mac version connects to freshbooks just fine, so my credentials are correct.
